Return & Refund Policy
At Post & Poppy, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Since our original designs are fulfilled through Printify's print-on-demand service, returns and exchanges are only available for specific issues, as outlined below.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
Some of our products are custom made to order, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact Post & Poppy within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue (damaged product, manufacturing error, or print issue).
📌 No need to return the original item—we will process a replacement or refund based on your proof of damage.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Women's Apparel Refunds & Processing Time
- If your return or replacement is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
For women's apparel/activewear/loungewear/footwear, we will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
