Return & Refund Policy

At Post & Poppy, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Since our original designs are fulfilled through Printify's print-on-demand service, returns and exchanges are only available for specific issues, as outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse

All products are custom-made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact Post & Poppy within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos of the issue (damaged product, manufacturing error, or print issue).

📌 No need to return the original item—we will process a replacement or refund based on your proof of damage.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • If your return or replacement is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
